Where is the show?
  • The show will be held at Farnborough International - entry will be through Gate A.
  • Postcode - GU14 6XE
What are the show times for the weekend?
  • Saturday - 10am-5pm
  • Sunday -  10am-4pm
  • VIP ticket holders will be able to enter the venue from 9am on both days 
What time should vendors be there? 
  • Sponsors and vendors are able to set up from 7.30am on both days
 
What are the benefits of VIP tickets? 
  • VIPs will get:
  • One hour early access (entry from 9am)
  • Goody bags with free packs and accessories

Key info for vendors:

Access:

  • Driving - Gate A
  • Walking - Gate B
  • Parking - Car Park 1

Passes:

  • Vendors must collect their passes from the main entrance to be admitted to the show.
  • You will have to show your confirmation email and order number to pick up your vendor pass
  • Once you have your pass, you have the option to drive around the service road highlighted in yellow to unload your inventory before parking in car park 1
  • Vendors will have one hour to tidy away after the show ends

Tickets:

  • Tickets are digital and should have been emailed to you upon purchase (please check junk/spam folder if you can’t find them!)
  • Please present your tickets upon arrival to one of our team members who will scan you in 
How do I get to the show? 

  • Farnborough is conveniently located south-west of London and is served by strong national and international travel links. 
  • Travel to Farnborough in just 35 minutes by train from London Waterloo or access the venue by car from the M3 and enjoy free parking on site. 
  • For those travelling by air, Heathrow is only 30 minutes and Gatwick 50 minutes by car. Farnborough Airport adjacent to the venue, is one of Europe’s leading business airports for private flights around the world. 
 
Will there be food and drink available?
  • Of course! We have a large catering area which will be able to provide hot food and drinks throughout the day
Is there parking nearby?
  • Yep, there’s over 3,500 free parking spaces available
Where can I stay? 
  • There are over 2,500 rooms available within 15 minutes of the venue. Please see the hotels section of our website.
